Grand Union is a canalside development in Wembley built around a resort-style living offer. The brand had reached the point where organic growth had created real inconsistency across outputs. The brief was to maintain brand equity while building a system flexible enough to grow with the brand. The solution centres on a water-inspired pattern system designed to crop, layer, and evolve across every touchpoint. An illustration set brings warmth, an extended colour palette adds range, and a photography direction rooted in resort imagery carries the feeling consistently through. Together they give the brand a coherent visual language that doesn't need to be rebuilt every time it stretches. Delivered as a brand guidelines document and strategic direction pack.
